Among the pros is 192 cm tall and 134 kg Morgan Aste!

You must have heard of the French "crumb" Morgan Astea. You may have even seen a little bit of it. In fact, at 192 cm tall and weighing in at 160 kg, it is very hard to miss him!
Not a few of the current professionals around him look more like a teenager.

The 35-year-old Morgan, nicknamed "The Big Rock", took up bodybuilding in his 20s. He then briefly ventured into the world of strongmen, where he won the title of France's strongest man in 2010 and 2013.

In 2014, he returned to bodybuilding when he won the French Championships and subsequently placed ninth at the Arnold Amateur Europe.

Since then, he hasn't appeared on the competition stage, and has instead dedicated himself to further work on his physique. He combined his training with Gold's Gym in Venice and pre-contest preparation specialist Chris Aceto.

As it turned out this past weekend, the collaboration worked out well as Morgan not only dominated the 102+kg bodybuilder competition, but also took the overall win at the Arnold Classic Amateur.

Next year he should appear at the Arnold Classic, where the absolute winners of the amateur competition get an automatic invitation.
As Aste himself said after the competition, he would like to make his professional debut soon.
