500 kg on deadlift and 10,000 calories in the form of pizza, that's the strongman Brian Shaw

For those of you who are interested in strength sports, especially strongmen, the name Brian Shaw is certainly not unfamiliar.
It is not surprising since this american professional strongman is a four-time winner of the World's Strongest Man competition, which he dominated in 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016.

He is also the first strongman to win the World's Strongest Man and the Arnold Strongman Classic in the same year. He accomplished this feat in 2011 and 2015.
This year Hafthor Bjornsson achieved the same feat.

During this season, Brian took second place at the Arnold Strongman Classic, where he was only behind Hafthor Bjornsson, and third place at the World's Strongest Man behind the pair of Hafthor Bjornsson, Mateusz Kieliszkowski.

Below we offer you some videos in which you can see Terry Hollands besides Brian. Terry has been participating in World's Strongest Man and Europe's Strongest Man competitions since 2005, but he is not one of the absolute top.

The first video is a training video, and in it Brian does a deadlift, during which he works his way up to a hard to understand 505.7 kilograms!

The second video brings you an hour-long interview between the two strongmen, in which they look back at the evolution of the sport.

The last video will tickle your taste buds a bit as you go for pizza, lots of pizza, with both fighters!
