Sweetener Panela BIO 500 g Wolfberry is a dried sugar cane juice that retains all the nutrients found in sugar cane. It is processed by first gently squeezing the juice out of the plant, which is then dried and then the resulting crystals are lightly crushed. Unlike cane sugar, from which molasses is removed as a by-product with many nutritional benefits, panela retains all its benefits.
