Strawberries 20 g Wolfberry are deliciously soft, crisp and fragrant slices of selected ripe strawberries that have been freeze-dried after picking. Deep freeze-dried under very low pressure, the fruit retains maximum vitamins, minerals and other nutritional substances, plus it tastes and smells like fresh fruit, so you can enjoy strawberries all year round.

Wolfberry 20 g strawberries are not sweetened or flavoured and can be eaten directly instead of various crisps, biscuits and sweets, but are also excellent in yoghurts, porridges, morning cereals, muesli or teas and smoothies. Bakers and confectioners will appreciate that if dried strawberries are soaked in water or alcohol, they can then be added to their recipes instead of fresh strawberries.

Store in a dry and dark place, preferably in a closed container to prevent absorption of airborne moisture. This will ensure that the strawberries remain crisp.
