Product description Wolfberry Goji Chinese Custard
The fruit of the Chinese currant - goji has earned the nickname of the fruit of longevity. Their benefits for the human body have been proven by centuries of experience of traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan monks. The tasty fruits provide the body with a wide range of vitamins, minerals and other valuable substances. Wolfberry Goji Chinese curcurrant is grown in the Ningxia region of China, which is renowned for the finest quality fruits of this plant in the world.
Grown with love and care
The local people take great care of the goji plants. The ripe fruits are harvested by shaking them very carefully on a mat to prevent damage to the berries and to preserve their beautiful colour, and the harvest is left to dry in the partial shade. No other plants are grown around the currant bushes, so that the Ningxia goji are protected from diseases that other vegetation suffers from. Ningxia province has won a gold award for goji berries at the Malaysia International Food Fair and boasts three gold awards from the China Agricultural Fair.
