Dried instant coconut milk is an alternative to canned coconut milk. Coconut milk is made from the fresh flesh of coconuts. To create the powder, maltodextrin and sodium caseinate (as an emulsifier and thickener) must be used.

Dried coconut milk contains 60–65% coconut oil, so it dissolves best in warm or hot water. To mix it, use a blender, shaker, or even a regular fork. Mix 1–3 tablespoons of dried milk with about 200 ml of warm water to easily make milk, cream, or coconut cream.

What is dried coconut milk good for?

It’s great for making various types of porridge, adding to smoothies, various beverages, puddings, creams, soups, or desserts, and for making mixed drinks. You can also eat it straight from a spoon or use it to flavor coffee, grain-based coffee, or cocoa.
