Tasty and filling food for any type of hiking. It can be completely prepared in the bag, just add water and close again for 15 minutes. The bag is waterproof and insectproof, it is made in such a way that there is no risk of cuts. The food is palm oil free, gluten free and lactose free. It is prepared with natural ingredients and has a comprehensive nutritional profile - in one 530 g serving you will find 68 g of carbohydrates, 19 g of protein, 6.5 g of fibre and also antioxidants - alpha tocopherol and rosemary extract. The food does not contain artificial sweeteners or glutamate.

Preparation:

• Open the bag at the top. At the bottom, peel the sides of the bag apart to form a stable bottom. Add boiling water to the bag up to mark 11 (approx. 4 dcl of water). Stir the water carefully but thoroughly with the product, adding water if the level drops below 11. Close the bag and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Open the bag and stir again. For ease of consumption, tear off the top of the bag at the marked point below the connecting strip and consume immediately.
