LifeLike Coconut chips

Product description LifeLike Coconut chips

Coconut is very rich in minerals, especially magnesium, which it contains more of than foods of animal origin (e.g. milk, eggs and meat).

Magnesium contributes to cartilage health, bone strength and a lack of magnesium can not only irritate the nervous system but also cause cramps.

It also contains calcium and phosphorus, which are indispensable for bones and muscles.

Consumption of coconut is useful for brittle hair and nails, bone decalcification, osteoporosis (thinning of the bones), weakness, skin diseases, memory loss and is also used in the treatment of nervous diseases.

Scientists have found that although most of the fatty acids in coconut are saturated, consuming it does not promote cholesterol formation, as we originally thought.

Dried coconut is mainly used as an ingredient in cakes, candies, fruit salads and other desserts. Coconut can also be added to fruit salads, muesli, and a very unusual use is in the coating of meat.
