Freeze-dried raspberries are: 100% raspberries that, thanks to a very gentle freeze-drying process, retain 90% of the characteristics of fresh raspberries—shape, color, aroma, and vitamin and mineral content.

Uses: cereal mixes combined with milk or yogurt; flavoring water, lemonade, ice cream, crushed ice, and sorbets

baking: yeast dough, sponge cake batter, choux pastry

Cooking: baby food, glazes, jellies, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (sparkling wines, spirits, teas, cocktails)
