With quality ghee made from fresh butter, you can do a lot in the kitchen - it doesn't overcook, is lactose-free and adds a touch of flair to culinary creations and even ordinary scrambled eggs.
If you wear a chef's apron most often at home, ghee shouldn't be missing from your pantry. It's clarified butter, stripped of water and milk protein, just right for baking and quick cooking. The main advantage over conventional butter is its high smoke point, which means it doesn't burn during roasting and frying. Its long shelf life and the fact that you don't have to store it in the fridge is also great.
In addition, our ghee is made from premium cow's colostrum, the first mother's milk after the baby is born. This is particularly rich in nutrients and valuable substances, including vitamin A.
The ghee has a beautiful yellow hue and adds a slightly nutty flavour and aroma to the dishes. It is suitable wherever you would use ordinary fat.
