D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) is a non-essential, naturally occurring amino acid found in many of our food sources. It is mainly found in the pituitary gland, hypothalamus and testes. D-aspartic acid binds to a specific, so-called NMDA receptor. In the hypothalamus, stimulation of NMDA receptors leads to the production of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH). It commands the pituitary gland to release luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). LH and FSH in the testes initiate a process that leads to the release of testosterone. Stimulation of NMDA receptors in the hypothalamus also leads to the release of GHRH, which promotes the secretion of growth hormone.

Pantothenic acid contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and neurotransmitters, delaying the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion.

Zinc has beneficial effects on testosterone production, is involved in protein synthesis, and is a necessary substance for a number of enzymes that play an important role in the body.

Recommended dosage

• Take 4 capsules daily for 1-3 months, then a break of at least 1 month is necessary.
