The HMS L8021 weight bench is an ideal addition to any home gym. With an adjustable backrest and height-adjustable prayer bar, the L8021 bench is ideal for most exercises whether you want to strengthen your biceps, triceps, chest, abs, back, shoulders or legs.

The steel construction has a weight capacity of 150 kilograms and can be easily folded, so it won't take up much space when you're not using the bench. The weight of the L8021 is 9.5 kilograms. The seat and armrests are covered in durable, synthetic leather with a non-slip surface. The backrest is adjustable to 7 positions ranging from -20° to 90°. The biceps support can be adjusted in height to 2 positions. The bench stabilisers are fitted with rubber end caps to keep the bench firmly in place. There are loops on the front leg to hook the supplied bungee cords for arm training.
