The HMS Premium LSR8311 combines a classic bench, incline bench, biceps support bench (prayer bench) and hyperextension.
The back support is adjustable to 3 positions, in the horizontal position most exercises with dumbbells can be performed on the bench, if the back support is adjusted to a negative angle, then we get an inclined bench to strengthen the abdomen.
The thigh support, or also the prayer bar, is adjustable in height to 7 positions with a 2.5 cm rebound. If we sit on the bench, then the support serves as a prayer beam to strengthen the biceps. If we lean on the support with our thighs and put our calves under the stops, then we get a hyperextension to strengthen the back muscles.
The rests are made of thick board with a high layer of foam for maximum comfort during the workout. The padding in made of synthetic leather with a carbon look, is sweat resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.
The footrest with foam rollers is adjustable to 4 positions. The handrails under the prayer mat are used to train push-ups.
