The HMS Premium ATOM machine is a combination of a weight tower and a multipress. This combination offers great exercise options and allows you to perform a comprehensive full body workout.

The ATOM combines a multipress, two sliding pulleys, a push/pull arm, a leg press and a trapeze, making it a truly comprehensive machine. Also included is a double, triceps rope, triceps adapter, pulley straps and an ankle strap.
The ergonomic backrest and seat allow you to adopt a comfortable position when exercising. The leg press arm is height adjustable. The main axis is fitted with a foam sleeve for maximum comfort during squat training. Non-slip materials on the handles ensure a firm grip while increasing safety.
