Handle of the UW03 counter pulley with an extension handle and chrome finish. The handle is equipped with a radius that allows a firm and comfortable grip. The adapter can be used as a standard for strengthening the arms, especially the biceps and triceps, for example by stretching or weightlifting. At the same time, it is possible to exercise those muscle parts that are not covered by the classic grip (shoulders, chest and back).
