The most robust weight training wheel of the HMS brand with a width of up to 16.5 cm. AB-CARVER HMS is used to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, back, arms, shoulders and chest. This model is also equipped with a return spring that helps the exerciser back to a standing position. Other specialties include contoured, non-slip handles and a knee pad.
