The HMS Premium L8022 is a straight, adjustable bench with stops and expanders that finds ideal use during training with dumbbells and a weightlifting axle.

The back support is adjustable to 5 positions (1 straight and 4 in negative incline). The backrest in the horizontal position is ideal to perform most exercises with dumbbells, if the backrest is adjusted to a negative angle, then we get an inclined bench to strengthen the abdomen, for this purpose the L8022 is equipped with an adjustable, extendable frame with stops, which is adjustable in height to 3 positions and 4 angles, the leg stop is adjustable to 3 distances.

The frame is thus the main advantage of the bench and allows precise adjustment for every body shape, making the training of sit-ups safe and comfortable.

The back support is made of a thick board coated with a high layer of foam for maximum comfort during training.

The ergonomic padding is made of synthetic leather with a carbon look, it is sweat resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.

The foam rollers are made of EVA for great comfort and durability.

The bench comes with 2 expanders which are great for basic training. For easy moving of the bench, one stabilizer is equipped with transport wheels.
