Strengthening or resistance rubber TP01 as this tool is called, is used mainly as an aid in push-ups, triceps push-ups and other variations of exercises. Strengthening rubbers are also very often used in rehabilitation exercises. Due to the fact that it is not a direct load, but the rubber creates resistance by gradual pulling, it is often used as a rehabilitation accessory for muscle, tendon and joint injuries.
