The TX02 HMS Weight Training Rubber Set consists of 4 resistance bands, one elastic band, one attachment band, two handles, one ankle attachment, one door attachment and a jump rope. Each pair of rubber bands has a different stiffness that allows you to select different levels of exercise intensity. On each of the elastics there can be a handle, which allows you to realize a comprehensive training of all muscle groups.

4 x resistance rubbers of different stiffness:

• 6 mm x 10 mm x 1400 mm
• 6 mm x 10 mm x 600 mm
• 7 mm x 12 mm x 1200 mm
• 7 mm x 12 mm x 600 mm
