HMS Resistance rubber for exercise GU06

Product description HMS Resistance rubber for exercise GU06

The HMS Premium GU06 weight training or resistance band as it is called, is mainly used as an aid for push-ups, triceps push-ups and other variations of exercises. Strengthening rubbers are also very often used in rehabilitation exercises. Due to the fact that it is not a direct load, but the rubber creates resistance by gradual pulling, it is often used as a rehabilitation accessory for muscle, tendon and joint injuries.
