HMS HHW06 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.

The function of the HMS HHW06 is very simple. The construction consists of 16 equal parts that fold into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 12 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 34 centimeters, if you combine all 16 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 45 centimeters. Model HHW06 is suitable for waist circumferences from 76 to 111 centimetres. The individual pieces enclose a rail into which an anchor with a counter is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. The counter display shows the number of times the anchor has been round the hoop. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor by means of a length-adjustable string. The length of the string can be adjusted from 20 to 38 centimetres, and by changing the length of the string, the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is adjusted - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough but at the same time does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been set, the hoop is locked in place using a fastener fitted with a lever to operate the lock. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and we start the training. The HHW06 hoop is equipped on the inside with massage lugs with springs, which dampen the vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the workout is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which we twist our hips.
Regular use of the HMS HHW06 can slim the abdomen and waist, while twisting the hips reduces fatty tissue in the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
The individual parts of the hoop are made of high quality PVC, the weights are coated with rubber and filled with sand.
