The HMS EXB02 is a set of two ankle straps and 4 pieces of bungee cords, using their combination to adjust the load. The EXB02 set is used, for example, during punch training with a sparring partner when you need to dodge, the expander attached to the ankles strengthens the leg muscles, improves stability and also helps to build a stronger stance in which the punch has more energy.

Individual expanders can also be used as an alternative to resistance bands of 40 and 45 centimetres.
