The branched chain amino acids BCAA are needed for better muscle recovery and provide sufficient muscle protection during training. In combination with L-glutamine, this improves the environment even more, because of the total number of amino acids in the muscles, glutamine makes up more than half. It increases the volume of muscle cells.
