Vitamin D3 contributes to normal muscular function and normal immune function. It is a fat-soluble vitamin. Normally, vitamin D is formed in the skin by the action of sunlight.

Better absorption of vitamin D3 is achieved by taking it with a diet containing fat (e.g. salmon, avocado) and taking vitamin K2 at the same time.
Each capsule contains the maximum safe daily allowable dose of vitamin D3 as determined by the State Institute for Drug Control.

Vitamin D3 is sought by people oriented towards:

• Muscle activity
• The condition of bones and teeth
• Supporting the immune system

Recommended dosage:

• Take 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
