Methylfolate is part of the B vitamin group, specifically the biologically active form of folic acid - vitamin B9. Folic acid (folate) has properties related to pregnancy and fertility support, the defense shield, cell formation, blood formation, fatigue, exhaustion, homocysteine metabolism and psychological state.
The body converts folate to methylfolate before use. However, a small percentage of people cannot convert sufficient amounts due to genetic predispositions. This supplement contains folate in the active (methylated) form, which is beneficial for those whose bodies cannot produce the active form sufficiently and for everyone else - supplying the body with the direct active form.

Organic packaging
Viridian Nutrition uses 100% recyclable packaging. The base consists of glass bottles made of so-called amber glass, which protects the contents from light and heat. This type of glass is so-called infinitely recyclable. The product label is made of recyclable material with a special adhesive that dissolves in the recycling process. This allows the label and the glass to be easily separated so that both elements can be recycled and reused. The caps on the bottles are made of recyclable aluminium.
The packaging is currently being gradually updated and upgraded - in the original version, the product is wrapped in a transparent cornstarch seal (plastic-free). In the new version, an anti-tamper seal is used under the product cap. You can therefore temporarily see both types of products in the range - the quality is of course identical.
Recommended dosage of Viridian Methylfolate:
- 1-3 capsules per day with meals, or as recommended by a physician.
Please note: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place away from children and sunlight.
