Complex of 3 types of fibre - Psyllium, Chitosan and Polydextrose (Litesse® Ultra).

Recommended dosage:

• Take 3 capsules 2 times a day before meals. Take 2 capsules 2 times a day, 2 times a week, 2 times a day, 2 times a day, 2 times a week. Increased fluid intake during the day (min. 2 l/day) is very important when taking fibre.

Caution. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This product is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C, protect from direct sunlight and from frost. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage.
