OMEGA 3 (Esseintial Fatty Acids) contains Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids, specifically EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are essential for the formation of healthy cell membranes, proper brain function, immunity and cardiovascular health. At the same time, they protect cells from the premature aging process. Lactose and gluten free.
Ingredients in 1 serving (2 tablets): fish oil 1000mg of which omega-3 300mg of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 160mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 105mg, gelatin, drinking water, glycerin, tocopherol (antioxidant).
Recommended dosage:
- Take 2-3 gel capsules 1 time daily with meals.
