Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are biologically active omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids. The oil is extracted from fish living in cold Arctic waters. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, and together with EPA, they also contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function, with a beneficial effect achieved when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed daily.

Recommended dosage:

• 1-3 capsules per day.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!
