EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function. Purified, cholesterol-free fish oil supplements a healthy diet along with DHA and EPA. One capsule contains fish oil with EPA, which is needed for the cardiovascular system, and DHA, which is needed for a healthy heart. Fish oil is also a source of ALA, which maintains normal cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is already obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Recommended dosage:

• 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid.
