Magnesium in the organic form of magnesium citrate is very well absorbed by the human body. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the maintenance of normal mental activity and promote a reduction in the level of fatigue and exhaustion. Recommended dosage:
