Move powder is an advanced nine-ingredient dietary supplement targeting the musculoskeletal system - joints, ligaments and cartilage. It is designed to support everyday activities as well as strenuous physical exercise and sports.

Move contains the main building block for the joint system - hydrolysed collagen peptides (bovine origin), as well as chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine hydrochloride, which are present in cartilage, and turmeric extract, which has effects related to oxidative stress. This is caused by physical activity and is one of the main causes of musculoskeletal deterioration. Move also contains calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and vitamin C, all of which are essential for supporting bone health.

Move is designed to be taken before or after exercise.

Recommended Dosage:
