Lecithin is chemically a phospholipid composed of choline, glycerol and phosphate. Choline is the building block for the formation of an important neurotransmitter (the substance that ensures communication between our nerve cells) - acetylcholine. Lecithin is one of the building blocks of the cell membranes of all living organisms and is involved in the transfer of substances into and out of the cell. It is beneficial for everyone, especially those whose diets contain excessive amounts of fat.

Each gelatin capsule contains lecithin, a lipotropic substance derived from high quality soybeans (does not contain genetically modified soy). The smooth surface and shape make it easier to swallow.

Recommended dosage:

• Adults 1 capsule once daily. In pregnancy and while breastfeeding, the dosage will be determined by a physician. Swallow the capsule whole with liquid.

Storage. Minimum shelf life until the date stated on the packaging.

Caution. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
