Vita-E 400 IU contains natural vitamin E (400 IU = 294 mg per capsule). In athletes, and especially in strength sports, the need for vitamin E increases and supplementation is necessary. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, an important antioxidant and slows down the ageing process, among other things.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that:

Recommended dosage:

• Take 1 Vita-E capsule daily
