For tens of thousands of years of human evolution, the livers and other entrails of hunted animals were among the most valuable prey of our hunter-gatherer ancestors. Beef liver is one of the world's most nutritious foods, as indigenous peoples and tribes around the world knew all too well.

The hunted animal was often sacred to our ancestors. Therefore, they did not throw anything away - they ate the animal whole, from head to tail. They believed that by eating the meat from a particular organ, they would promote the health and function of that same organ in their body. This approach was justified because the entrails are a natural source of dozens to hundreds of bioactive compounds, vitamins and minerals.

The raw materials for Aroha Beef Liver come from our favourite farms in the pure mountain regions of the Šumava and Jeseníky mountains. We also supply some of these farms with meat for our family's own use.

It is crucial for us that we know the origin of the meat - we can be sure that the animals are healthy and spend most of the year on pasture. Sometimes even in close proximity to our warehouses in the Bohemian Forest, where they enjoy beautiful views and pure nature with us.

The cows graze fresh grass on the pastures and in winter they switch to hay from the same pastures. They are thus free of added antibiotics, hormones and poor quality feed mixtures.

After slaughter, the raw livers undergo veterinary tests and are then processed by gentle freeze-drying, which preserves the maximum amount of essential nutrients. In each capsule you will find 500 mg of the highest quality superfood on the planet.
