Alpha lipoic acid - Ala belongs to the antioxidants. It is called the "universal antioxidant" because it is soluble in both fat and water. ALA is produced in small amounts directly in the body. It is also found in some foods, especially liver and yeast.
Recommended dosage:
- 1 capsule daily with meals.
Caution: not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This product is not intended for use as a substitute for a varied diet.
