The product contains magnesium or magnesium with very good absorption in the body, which is supported by the addition of vitamin B6. In the human body, magnesium is abundant, especially in bones, teeth and muscles, where it supports their normal condition and function. Magnesium, together with vitamin B6, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy metabolism and reduces the level of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Magnesium in the organic form of magnesium citrate is exceptionally well absorbed by the human body. About 80 % of the intake is effectively utilised. On the other hand, magnesium in the commonly used inorganic form (magnesium oxide) has a much lower absorption rate.

Recommended dosage:

• 1 tablet twice a day. Swallow the whole tablet with sufficient liquid. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the dosage will be determined by the doctor.
