This new USN Premium Whey+ is made from whey protein concentrate, providing you with up to 20g of protein per serving. It contains lactase enzyme for better digestibility for people with higher sensitivity to dairy products. Premium Whey+ is formulated by a team of scientists for optimal muscle growth and support. This flexible protein can be used both pre and post workout or any time of the day and before a night's sleep. Gluten free.
Recommended Dosage of USN Whey+ Premium Protein:

Mix 1 scoop (33g) with 200-250ml water or milk for 21g protein Mix 2 scoops (66g) with 400-500ml cold water or milk for 42g protein. Mix well and let stand for 30s. Take during the day, before exercise, after training or at bedtime. Adjust your daily protein intake into 1-5 servings according to your physical goals and protein requirements.
