The formula contains extracts of wakame seaweed, but also of garcinia cambogia and green coffee. FatDirect is free of stimulants and is designed for evening use - just 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime.

The main active ingredients are:

• Wakame extract - an extract from edible seaweed high in a pigment called fucoxanthin. This pigment, according to metabolic and nutritional studies, shows a positive effect on fat reduction. Subsequent clinical studies have shown this very interesting effect.
• Garcinia cambogia extract - another important active ingredient that is very popular not only with athletes but also with the general public and is often added to similar products.
• Green coffee extract - the third active ingredient that people have associated with the diet is green coffee extract, which along with the above mentioned ingredients is enclosed in softgel capsules for greater effectiveness of the mixture.

Recommended Dosage:

• Take 1 capsule daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime. Maximum daily dose is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Usage:

• According to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsule and drink a sufficient amount of water. Alcoholic and dairy beverages are not suitable. Do not bite the capsule!
