Recommended dosage:

• 3 capsules in the morning fasting (about 30 minutes before breakfast) and 3 capsules at noon (about 30 minutes before lunch). Take regularly for 3 weeks, followed by a 1 week break and again 3 weeks of regular use. It is not recommended to take in the early evening or evening.Do not exceed the recommended dosage!

Usage:
