Smartlabs Oat Snack is a protein-carbohydrate complex diet with oat flakes. It contains 38% high quality protein, 50% complex carbohydrates with a low glycemic index and only 5% fat, which is mainly of vegetable origin.

Smartlabs Oat Snack contains protein of whey and casein origin. The main ingredient is a rapidly absorbed whey protein produced by the CFM process, which ensures a high increase in blood amino acid levels (100-200% above normal levels). Supplementation will thus increase protein synthesis in the body. The second protein component is slow-absorbing micellar casein, which will ensure the supply of amino acids (25-50% above normal levels) to the body for up to 8 hours and prevent the breakdown of muscle proteins. Smartlabs Oat Snack is a unique product for the slow release of energy from carbohydrates into the blood serum. This is achieved by the addition of oatmeal, which has a lower GI (glycemic index) than most carbohydrates found in the regular diet. Due to the low GI, there is no rapid washout of insulin. This keeps blood sugar levels balanced. Oatmeal is a source of quality carbohydrates - it undergoes minimal food processing. They also have a higher fibre content, which positively regulates the functioning of the digestive system. Smartlabs Oat Snack is further enriched with vitamins and minerals, all without artificial colours and sweeteners.

Recommended Dosage:
