This makes it the perfect source of nutrients for stressed muscles that need essential amino acids as building blocks for growth and recovery after training. The complex enriches magnesium and potassium (electrolytes), which the body loses during exercise and thus needs to be effectively replenished. The properties of magnesium and potassium are related to muscle activity. Similarly, vitamin B6 is related to energy metabolism. The contained Bioperine® helps the other ingredients to be absorbed.

Essential amino acids, or EAAs, are those amino acids that the body cannot make itself and must take in from outside. There are nine in total and they include the BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine). Supplementation with EAAs is more effective than supplementation with BCAAs alone, providing muscles with a broader complex of building blocks.

Recommended dosage:

• Mix 25g (approximately two 25ml scoops) with 500ml of water to dissolve the powder completely. Consume during exercise. Recommended consumption is up to two servings per day. The package contains 20 doses.
