Puhdistamo Joint Complex contains a total of 5 active ingredients focused on joint support. First and foremost is - Collagen ^UC-II® = patented standardized chicken cartilage extract with native (non-denatured) type II collagen. Compared to conventional collagen supplements that contain denatured collagen (chemically damaged natural structure), the undenatured collagen peptide UC-II retains its original properties that have been proven in clinical studies.

Joint Complex also contains BIO turmeric, whose properties are related to oxidative stress and inflammation, manganese, a mineral with properties related to cartilage health, citrus bioflavonoids and vitamin C, whose effects are related to oxidative stress and inflammation. In addition, vitamin C enhances the effects of the other substances contained.
