Mr. Popper's® Protein OptiMash is a perfectly soluble protein, oat and rice blend for making a very tasty shake or porridge. Thanks to its high protein content, its composition helps for better muscle growth. It contains a combination of two types of protein, whey and milk. This product is excellent as a protein breakfast, but can be consumed at any time of the day.
Protein OptiMash® is a good source of protein, carbohydrates and soluble fiber that not only aids digestion but also keeps you full for a long time.

Recommended dosage:
- Protein Shake: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) of the mixture with 250 ml of cold water or milk. Use a blender or shaker, blend for 30 seconds.
- Protein Porridge: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) of the mixture with 180 ml of hot milk or water. Mix very well with a fork until you get the right porridge consistency. Wait about 3 minutes. You can sweeten the porridge with a little honey or garnish with fruit and nuts. You can adjust the mixing ratio to your taste.
Note: Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25oC, protect from direct sunlight and from freezing. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage.
