Scitec Nutrition Maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate made from corn starch. It is a source of fast and easily digestible carbohydrates that are similar in absorption to glucose. Fast-absorbing carbohydrates replenish glycogen stores before exercise, serve as an energy source during training and improve recovery after physical activity. Maltodextrin has a slightly sweet taste and does not cause any stomach problems. It is well soluble in water and can be added to any favourite beverage.

Recommended dosage of Scitec Maltodextrin:
- Mix 1 serving (3 tablespoons = 30 g) in 250 ml of water or other favourite beverage. On training days, take 1 serving within 4 hours after or during an intense workout. On rest days after intense training, take 1 dose in the morning after waking up.
