Performance WaxIont is a unique carbohydrate product for use as an alternative sports drink. It is based on waxy corn starch, a unique form of carbohydrate with a long chain and high molecular weight. Its molecule structure is very similar to the glycogen found in muscles. Therefore, WaxIont is suitable for fast recovery of glycogen stores during demanding physical exercise. WaxIont also contains important minerals and vitamins.
Recommended dosage:
- Mix 2 scoops (50 g) of WaxIont with 200 ml of cold water and stir thoroughly. Add another 200-300 ml of water and mix well. Use a blender or shaker to add 200 ml of water to the water. Take 50-100 g per day depending on the intensity of physical activity and the need for carbohydrate replenishment.
Warning: not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. The product is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
