Individual carbohydrate sources:

1/ D-Ribose - a supercarbohydrate for ATP cellular energy recovery

D-ribose is a special five-carbon carbohydrate that is used as a building block for cellular energy ATP and RNA. The properties of ribose are thus very closely related to energy production and protein synthesis. Ribose can be used together with creatine, where it forms a very interesting ergogenic mix for performance and endurance, or it can be recommended as an alternative to creatine.

2/ Glucose monohydrate (grape sugar) - a source of fast sugars

3/ Hydrolysed starch from potatoes and corn - a source of medium fast carbohydrates

4/ Isomaltulose - source of very slow carbohydrates

Citric acid, malic acid, sodium bicarbonate = effective pH stabilization

Recommended dosage:

• Use as a sports drink. Mix 60 g (approximately 2 scoops) of powder with 5 dl of water and drink during or after exercise depending on your carbohydrate needs. To replenish glycogen stores before a race, drink 4-5 servings during the previous day.
