The main ingredients of this product are AAKG, citrulline malate and iron, for oxygen transfer in the body, to reduce fatigue and along with vitamin C for normal immune system function. In the recommended dose of 4 tablets, we also find 200% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and heart function.

• L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate
• L-citrulline malate
• Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract
• Iron
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin B1

Recommended dosage:

• Exercise up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets approx. 45 min before the start of physical exercise.
• Exercise over 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 minutes before the start and another 2 tablets halfway through the exercise.
• The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use: according to the recommended dosage, swallow the tablets gradually and drink sufficient water. Do not bite the tablet! After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and use within 3 months.
