Recommended Dosage:

• On the day of physical activity 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules approximately 40 minutes before physical activity.
• Take as needed during exercise. For difficulties and preparation for exercise, supplement 2 days in advance at a dose of 5 capsules per day.
• Maximum daily dose: 5 capsules.
• Do not exceed recommended dosage.
