Ashwagandha
The plant withania somnifera, or ashwagandha, is a small shrub with yellow flowers that is native to India and Southeast Asia. It is one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurvedic medicine, otherwise known as "Indian ginseng". It is used in Ayurvedic medicine to promote energy, vitality, physical stamina and mental well-being.

Bacopa monieri
This is a small creeping herb that is popular in traditional Indian or Ayurvedic medicine. In Ayurveda it is commonly referred to as Brahmi, translated as cosmic knowledge. In folk medicine, it is sought after for the purpose of promoting mental well-being, proper cognitive function, and promoting concentration.

A standardized extract from the fruit of Piper Nigrum (black pepper tree), is the only piperine product to have been granted patented status for its ability to increase the bioavailability of nutritional compounds.

Recommended Dosage:

• Mix a 15 g dose (1/2 scoop) in 250 ml of water. Take approximately 30 minutes before strength sport activity. For endurance activities, this product should be supplemented with carbohydrates and other fluids (e.g. ISODRINX). The maximum dose is 15 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and use within 3 months.
