• for intense physical performance

Recommended dosage:

• Take 2 - 4 capsules 30 min. before physical exercise, maximum 4 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Usage:

• according to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules and drink sufficient water. Alcoholic and dairy beverages are not suitable. Do not bite the capsule! After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and use within 3 months.
